Which payment methods are accepted?

We currently only accept credit card payments and PayPal. More payment methods will be added in the future.

What currency are prices displayed in?

Prices are all in $ USD, although the website will display converted prices in your local currency. The currency exchange rate is updated daily but due to constant fluctuations, prices shown are only estimates and the final price charged will be based on the $ USD price at the time of purchase.

Do I get a receipt for my order?

You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

I haven’t received my order yet! Has it been lost?

If you have any concerns with your order, please contact our support team and they will be glad to assist you. Most emails are answered within 1 business day.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at [email protected] with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Beauty Charcoal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Beauty Charcoal will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

How to search products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
