Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, except for items damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first contact us within 7 days of receiving the products by emailing [email protected] with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Cosmetics Gems is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Cosmetics Gems will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
